Description
7 DRUG INTERACTIONS Anthracyclines Patients who receive anthracycline after stopping trastuzumab products may be at increased risk of cardiac dysfunction because of trastuzumab products estimated long washout period [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ] . If possible, avoid anthracycline-based therapy for up to 7 months after stopping trastuzumab products.
