7 DRUG INTERACTIONS This section describes clinically relevant drug interactions with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets. • Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate increases didanosine concentrations. When coadministered with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, use atazanavir given with ritonavir.
