Description
Decreased exposure of some antiretroviral drugs (e.g., rilpivirine atazanavir, and nelfinavir) when used concomitantly with pantoprazole may reduce antiviral effect and promote the development of drug resistance. Nelfinavir: Avoid concomitant use with pantoprazole. See prescribing information for nelfinavir.
