Patients should be carefully monitored for voriconazole-associated adverse reactions and loss of either voriconazole or atazanavir efficacy during the coadministration of voriconazole and atazanavir with ritonavir. Coadministration of voriconazole with atazanavir (without ritonavir) may affect atazanavir concentrations; however, no data are available.
