DRUG INTERACTIONS Combination of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir or ledipasvir/sofosbuvir: Combination increases rosuvastatin exposure. The combination of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir which are anti-Hepatitis C virus (anti-HCV) drugs, increases rosuvastatin exposure.

7 DRUG INTERACTIONS Combination of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir or ledipasvir/sofosbuvir: Combination increases rosuvastatin tablets exposure. The combination of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir which are anti-Hepatitis C virus (anti-HCV) drugs, increases rosuvastatin exposure.

( 7.3 ) 7.1 Potential for Other Drugs to Affect VOSEVI Sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir are substrates of drug transporters P-gp and BCRP while GS-331007 (predominant circulating metabolite of sofosbuvir) is not. Voxilaprevir is also a substrate of OATP1B1 and OATP1B3.
